We had a memorable and pleasant stay at Hotel Raphael. The front desk staff were amazing and kind, providing us with perfect suggestions for restaurants and museums. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to popular attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was spacious with a beautiful marble bathroom. The location is fantastic, close to everything and right next to a metro station. The room was spacious and beautifully-appointed with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had modern conveniences and luxurious amenities. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service and make us feel welcome. The breakfast room was light and airy, and the hotel had a rooftop bar with stunning views. The hotel also had a pool in a nearby sister hotel for guests to enjoy.
The staff at breakfast seemed chaotic and there was no manager present to provide direction.

The hotel's location is exceptional, being very very close to the Metro and close to everything yet quiet. It is right in the center of the city, making it so close to all the sights. The staff were attentive and friendly. The cleanliness was excellent.

The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable, providing excellent service. the complimentary water and coffee making facilities in the room add a special touch.
There is one minor issue with the property - some areas could benefit from a refresh, such as the carpets and bathroom tile grout.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel and they upgraded our room to a Junior Suite. The spacious and beautiful room made us feel truly privileged during our stay. The English bar had a cozy atmosphere and served delicious cocktails. The hotel is also perfectly located within walking distance of major landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Paris.
