We had a nice and pleasant stay at Hotel Raphael. The front desk staff were amazing and kind, providing us with perfect suggestions for restaurants and museums. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to popular attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was spacious with a beautiful marble bathroom. The location is fantastic, close to everything and right next to a metro station. The room was spacious and beautifully-appointed with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had modern conveniences and luxurious amenities. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service and make us feel welcome. The breakfast room was light and airy, and the hotel had a rooftop bar with stunning views. The hotel also had a pool in a nearby sister hotel for guests to enjoy.
The staff at breakfast seemed chaotic and there was no manager present to provide direction.

The hotel's location is really good, being very very close to the Metro and close to everything yet quiet. It is right in the center of the city, making it so close to all the sights. The staff were attentive and friendly. The cleanliness was excellent.

We were really surprised when we arrived at the hotel and they upgraded our room to a Junior Suite. The spacious and beautiful room made us feel privileged. The English bar had a cozy atmosphere and served delicious cocktails. The hotel is also perfect location within walking distance of major landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. we highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Paris.
